i bought a similar solar powered charger. it worked on mains but in the solar mode never worked. I even bought a larger solar powered charger from Aldi and that never worked. it went back the next day!!!

I bought it last when I was travelling to Nigeria, hoping the solar works good, but to my suprise is just rubbish, I only charge it with same electric light, cause the solar panel was not working, it waste of time time and energy I uses to carry it along.😢

Mine just flashes? It doesn’t seem to charge anything
I have one of these but it doesn’t charge my devices. An I missing something? Is there a button I need to press to make it charge?
#2 got a knife, pried off the power button cover, use the knife to press the exposed button, ultimately, after pressing and holding every combination of hold long, short, multiple, got the light off. Whew.
Just got one in a "mystery box". Briefly pressed the ‘on’ for battery status, and flashlight came on. Pressing the button cycles through the modes but never turns off flashlight. Pressing and holding does not turn off the flash light. Piece of garbage.

I Never got an instruction sheet with mine and I’ve been letting it sit in the sun for a week now and the red light is not turning green. If that’s what it’s supposed to do??? Gonna have to return it. It sux. Doesn’t have a flashlight either. Ugh
did not need a video for simple functions, link to manual would suffice. crap.
So all I brought was a light? It’s not working with my phone or iPad. It’s fully charged too and I didn’t get a manual. Oh well 20 dollars down the drain too bad I can’t eat it 😩😩😂

Yeah I have one, had it out in good sunlight all day and it charged my phone @ 17%
I bought one of these from eBay but a 90,000 mah 1.5watt solar panel. Sure is slow on changing . And yes main power is recommended up to 200hrs full charge it’s a trickle battery. LED will turn green when fully charged. No battery memory but is recommended Evey 3 months full recharge. Not recommended for heavy duty use just a back up at night. Please do your research before buying one. Your life could depend on it. Happy camping trip and stay safe

i I received one of these and a blind delivery without instruction manual—-are now my computer big memory outboard. You can guess the functions and they on off switch has opposite the ring and hook side— and put it in direct sunlight charged up all LED’s but note the leftmost LED is just a green light and the charge indicators are illuminated blue. They supplied short charging cable has an odd up and down style plug on the it.
However this item came to me, i don’t know, but it has no marking, not even on the box, to identify the manufacturer other than "in China."
I got one of those for free at work for 5 years of service.

LOL You get what you pay for. Mine was free (about $4 for postage). The "manual" had no information about the power button, none, nada. Using this video I got the lights on – but can’t get them off!
I suppose the batter will run down or the button will eventually work.
